Progression Activity

• 2023-24 ലെ കുട്ടികളെ Progression Activity - Progression Module വഴി Promote ചെയ്ത് Progression Module പൂര്‍ത്തീകരിച്ച ശേഷം മാത്രമേ ഈ വർഷത്തേ Entry ആരംഭിക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ.

I. എല്ലാ ക്ലാസ് അദ്ധ്യാപകരും കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം പഠിച്ചിരുന്നതും ഈ സ്ക്കൂളിൽ തുടർന്നു പഠിക്കുന്നവരുമായ കുട്ടികളുടെ നേരെ Progression Module ൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകി Update ചെയ്യുക .

1. Progression Status Promoted/Passed with Examination

2. Marks in Percentage (%) 2023-24

3.No. of Days School attended (2023-24)

4. Schooling Status (2024-25) : Studying in Same School

II. സ്ക്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് TC വാങ്ങിച്ചു പോയ പോയ കുട്ടികളുടെ നേരെ താഴെ പറയുന്നത് പോലെ നൽകി Update ചെയ്യുക.

1. Progression Status Promoted/Passed with Examination

2. Marks in Percentage (%) 2023-2*

3.No. of Days School attended (2023-24)

4. Schooling Status (2024-25) : Left School with TC/without TC

Import Module

അതിനു ശേഷം സ്ക്കൂളിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനം നേടി വന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ

ക്ലാസ് അദ്ധ്യാപകര്‍ക്ക് Import Module വഴി കുട്ടികളെ ചേ‍ര്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം.

Import Module - Import Within State - Go Menu വഴി കുട്ടികളുടെ Student PEN and Date of Birth നൽകി Go Click ചെയ്ത് ഈ വർഷത്തെ Class , Division and Date of Admission നൽകി Import ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

Students PEN അറയില്ല എങ്കിൽ Import Menu വിൽ മുകളിൽ കാണുന്ന Search By PEN - Get PEN & DOB Click ചെയ്ത് Aadhaar No.and Year of Birth നൽകി Search ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക

എല്ലാ സ്ക്കൂളുകളും Progression Activity പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച് Finalize Progression ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രമേ Import Module Active ആവുകയുള്ളൂ. അതു കൊണ്ട് ആദ്യം പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേണ്ടത് Progression Activity ആണ്.

ഈ രണ്ട് പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ 2024-2024 ലെ Data Entry തുടങ്ങുവാൻ കഴിയൂ..
